Introduction

In 2024, commemorating the 400th anniversary of Tainan's founding, the Taiwan Academy for Dental Hygiene in collaborate with the Tainan City Government's Health Bureau and Kaohsiung Medical University ,will jointly host the "2024 2nd International Symposium on Transdisciplinary Care for Dysphagia (2024ISTCD)". This academic conference focuses on "Interprofessional Education and Practice (IPE/IPP) in Swallowing Difficulties and Oral Care". Esteemed scholars and experts from countries such as the United States, Canada, Japan, and South Korea have been invited to deliver speeches.


We believe participants will find great joy in engaging with this knowledge-rich event. With the abundance of insights gained, the challenges related to chewing and swallowing difficulties will no longer be formidable in the future.         • The layout is set to be 90 cm wide × 120 cm long (vertical poster).
        • Use easily read type.
        • The paper title, all authors and the affiliations at the top of poster.
        • The content of the posted should be presented in English, and only the topic (4) can be published in Chinese.
        • Please print the poster yourself and bring it to the venue on the day.
        • Print a high-resolution copy of your poster to present.
    • Academic ethics related norms: plagiarism and multiple submissions with the same (or highly identical) work by the participants are prohibited.
  • Competition grouping and awards :
    • Same participant can only attend one competition (Oral presentation or Post presentation).
    • Submissions in topic (4) are not eligible to participate in the competition.
    • The winner will receive a certificate and a cash prize.

  • Abstract registration process :
    • Step1 : The English abstract of the paper (limited to 300 words) should be written according to the examples of the abstract of the paper (See Attachment file above the page ”Downloads”).Please name your abstract file as ” presenter-oral/poster-abstruct topic ”, ex: “Lin-MJ-oral-Public Health”.
    • Step2 : Presenter should complete the activity online registration before the registration deadline of April 14, 2024 (Sunday), and If the registration information is not filled out completely, the registration will not be accepted.
    • Step3 : You will receive the registration code after activity online registration. Enter the website( https://www.tadhtw.org/inquire ) and key-in your registration code to submit the abstract. Upload your submission according to the topic options you wish to apply for.
    • Step4 : We will notify you by April 17, 2024 (Wednesday) whether you have received your submission, if not, please contact us directly, thank you!
